Gaushala Seva is another important initiative of Amrit Vela Amrit Trust. In Indian tradition, the cow is respected as Gau Mata and is seen as a symbol of kindness, nourishment and selfless giving. Caring for cows is considered a noble act of service and compassion.
Through Gaushala Seva, the Trust works towards the feeding, protection and care of cows. Many cows are abandoned, injured, old or left without proper care. Our aim is to support their well-being by providing food, shelter, medical attention and a safe environment.
Gaushala Seva reflects our belief that compassion should not be limited only to human beings. Every living being deserves care and protection. By serving Gau Mata, we also promote kindness, environmental awareness and respect for traditional values.
Our Gaushala Seva Includes
- Providing fodder, green grass and nutritious feed for cows.
- Supporting shelter and safe living conditions for cows.
- Helping with medical care and treatment for injured or sick cows.
- Supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of the Gaushala.
- Creating awareness about cow protection and compassionate living.
- Encouraging devotees and volunteers to participate in Gaushala activities.
How Your Support Helps
Your contribution helps in arranging daily fodder, water, medicines, veterinary care, shelter maintenance and other basic needs of the cows. Regular support allows the Trust to provide better care and protection to Gau Mata.
Langar Sewa: Nourishing Bodies and Souls
Langar Sewa, a tradition deeply embedded in Sikhism, refers to the act of providing free meals to anyone in need, regardless of their background or status.
Amritvela Satsang: Day with Peace, Prayer and Positive Thoughts
Amritvela Satsang is a spiritual service of Amrit Vela Amrit Trust that brings people together in a peaceful and devotional environment. The early morning time, known as Amrit Vela, is considered highly sacred for prayer, meditation, reflection and spiritual growth.
Meditative Healing
In line with its mission of service, Amrit Vela Amrit Trust also provides healthcare services for the elderly and the poor.
