Healthcare for the Elderly and Poor – Dignity in Health

Amrit Vela Amrit Trust recognizes the challenges that the elderly and the poor face when it comes to accessing healthcare services. Many elderly individuals live in isolation or suffer from health conditions that require medical attention, yet they lack the resources to afford proper care. Similarly, many impoverished individuals struggle to access even the most basic healthcare services.

Our healthcare program provides free medical check-ups, treatments, and medicines to those in need. In addition, we organize health camps in remote areas, where healthcare professionals volunteer their time and expertise to provide consultations and medical advice.

Our Healthcare Services Include:

  • Free Medical Check-ups: Regular health check-ups for the elderly, low-income families, and marginalized communities.
  • Health Camps: Organized at regular intervals, these camps provide free consultations, diagnostic tests, and basic treatments.
  • Medicines Distribution: Free distribution of essential medicines to those who cannot afford them.
  • Health Education: Conducting health awareness workshops to educate the community on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and mental well-being.
  • Homecare Services: For the elderly and bedridden patients, we offer home visits from healthcare professionals to ensure they receive the care they deserve.

Through these healthcare services, we aim to restore dignity and provide access to quality care for the underserved sections of society.
